This is an encyclopedic treatment of the law pertaining to wills and trusts and covers the E.P.T.L. and S.C.P.A. This can be searched on Westlaw (C2D-EPP), and can be found under the Estate Planning Practitioner tab and looking under State Practice Guides & Materials.

New York Jurisprudence 2d. KFN5065 .N48.  The law of “decedents estates” appears in volumes 38 through 42 and is supplemented with pocket parts. This legal encyclopedia covers all of the subject matter presented in the Estate’s Powers and Trust Law, the Surrogate’s Court Procedure Act, other statutes and case law. Other search terms include “Gifts” “Taxation” and “Trusts”. This can be searched in Westlaw (NYJUR) which can be found in the New York Tab, under Forms, Treatises, CLE’s and Other Practice Materials. There is also a database on Westlaw entitled New York Jurisprudence – Estate Planning and Probate (NYJUR-EPP) which contains estate planning and probate materials.
