The American Bar Association just issued an Ethics Opinion about Attorneys accessing Jurors' Social Media accounts.
Last year, the NY State Bar Association Committee on Professional Ethics issued an Opinion limiting how attorneys can list their Skills and Specialities on sites such as LinkedIn.
