West's National Reporter System

West's National Reporter System

     West’s National Reporter System was created in 1887 by John B. West. It includes Regional & some Federal Reporters. The reporters contain full court opinions plus annotations. These editorial enhancements include synopses of cases as well as headnotes and key numbers. These are unofficial reporters although the text of the cases is the same as the official reporters.
